Not Del.icio.us
There is nothing delicious about this, the site has been down for over 13 hours now and it sucks:
del.icio.us is down for emergency maintenance. we'll be back as soon possible.This is few days after delicious was taken over by yahoo, not a very encouraging start.

You may want to consider Simpy - a LOT of users have moved there both when Y! bought del.icio.us, as well as when the site went down - you can see more here.
